Who Runs This Website
This is a personal website run by me as an individual. I am not a company.
What Information I May Receive
I only receive your information if you actively use the website in certain ways. Here is what that looks like.
If you contact me or ask about a project I may receive your name, email address, phone number, business name, and anything else you include in your message. I only get what you choose to send.
If you leave a comment I may receive your name, email address, any website link you add, and your comment. Some basic technical details may also be recorded to help manage spam.
If you subscribe to updates I receive your email address and any preferences you set when signing up.
Technical data collected automatically. When you visit any website, some information is collected automatically. This can include your browser type, device type, IP address, and the pages you visit, as well as how long you spend on them. This is standard practice across almost every website on the internet. It helps keep the site running well.
If you pay for a service, payments go through an external provider called Razorpay. I do not see or store your card details. I only receive basic information about the transaction — things like your name, email address, and whether the payment went through. Razorpay handles the rest under its own privacy policy.
Why I Use Your Information
To reply to you — I need your contact details to answer your message.
To deliver a service — If we are working together, I use your details to communicate, do the work, and handle billing.
To send you updates — If you subscribed, I send you the content you asked for. You can unsubscribe any time.
To manage comments — I use comment information to display, moderate, and remove spam.
To keep the site working — Technical data helps me spot problems and keep the website secure.
To keep records — Some information needs to be kept for tax, accounting, or legal reasons.
Why I Am Allowed to Use It :
I only use personal data where I have a proper reason to do so.
That may be because:
- you contacted me and asked for a reply
- I need the information to provide a service you asked for
- I need to keep the website running, secure, and protected from spam or misuse

Some services I use may store or process your data in a different country from your own.
That may include countries outside the place where you live, and in some cases outside Europe where European privacy rules apply.
If that happens, the service involved is expected to handle the data under its own legal and operational safeguards.
This is better than “I only use reputable providers,” which sounds nice but says very little.
How Long I Keep Things
I only keep data for as long as I have a good reason to.

When the reason to keep something is gone, I remove it.

One thing to know: In some situations I may have to keep limited data even after a request — for example, if tax law requires it or if there is an unresolved dispute. If that is the case, I will tell you so directly.
If you previously gave me permission to use your data and later change your mind, just let me know. I will stop future use based on that permission, but I cannot undo what was already done before you withdrew it.
Security
I take sensible steps to keep personal data safe from loss, misuse, and unauthorised access.
That said, no website or email system in the world can guarantee 100% security. So please do not send highly sensitive information through a standard contact form or ordinary email unless it is truly necessary.
Children
This website is for adults. I do not intentionally collect personal data from anyone under 18.
If I find out that a child has submitted personal data, I will delete it as quickly as possible.
Automated Decisions
I do not use your data to make automated decisions about you — the kind that could affect you in a significant way without a human being involved.

This website may link to other sites. Once you leave this site, I have no control over what those other sites do with your data. Check their own privacy policies before sharing any personal information with them.
